About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Clerk to support
Linked UP Church’s financial operations. This individual will manage daily accounting
functions, maintain financial records with excellence, and collaborate with various
departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Process accounts payable and manage billing procedures.
• Accurately record contributions and giving during services.
• Assist with the preparation and completion of the annual financial audit.
• Review invoices, check requests, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Help implement and reinforce financial policies and procedures.
• Support event registration and assist with new employee orientation.
• Able to maintain high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software
systems. Shelby, Amplified, and Fellowship preferred.
• Experience in analyzing financial statements and reports.

What You’ll Do
As a Finance Manager, you’ll be instrumental in managing daily accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and creating innovative solutions for data integration and analysis. You will play a key role in shaping the church’s financial health and supporting ministry initiatives through smart, faith-filled stewardship.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Performing daily accounting operations and managing data entry
- Processing and recording various contributions
- Assisting with budget creation and consolidation of financial data
- Developing financial models and custom reports
- Integrating data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting
- Using SQL to maintain and improve financial database systems
- Supporting the implementation and enhancement of financial policies
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions and financial reporting in the non-profit sector
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and database applications
- High acumen for learning accounting and management software such as Shelby, ACS, PCO, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases and designing reports

What You’ll Own
- Keep the Media Dream Team informed, scheduled, and supported
- Coordinate schedules, crews, and service logistics using Planning Center
- Track team engagement, training, and communication with consistency
- Manage media requests and communicate clear timelines to ministry leaders
- Oversee a centralized media calendar (projects, deadlines, responsibilities)
- Support internal communication, updates, and team highlights
- Ensure nothing slips, follow up on details, projects, and purchase orders
- Step in with light A/V support during services or events when needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in administration, media, or production coordination
- Strong organizational skills – you manage multiple moving pieces without dropping them
- Clear, confident communication and follow-through
- Working knowledge of A/V or production environments (audio, lighting, or video basics)

Linked UP Church is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our staff, congregation, volunteers, and guests during services and events.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor campus activity and ensure a safe environment during services and events
- Assist with ministerial and guest safety as directed
- Identify and respond to potential safety or security concerns
- Support emergency response procedures (medical, weather, security threats)
- Monitor surveillance systems and report incidents
- Assist with crowd flow, parking, and building access
- Conduct basic safety checks and support security protocols

- Experience in law enforcement, security, or public safety is essential
- Strong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
