Position Overview:
As our Youth Minister, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic youth ministry program. You will work closely with our youth and their families, fostering spiritual growth, organizing engaging activities, and guiding Christian teachings. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the faith journey of our young members and empowering them to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging youth programs, including weekly gatherings, retreats, and special events.
– Build meaningful relationships with youth and their families, providing spiritual guidance and support.
– Equip and empower youth to grow in their relationship with Christ through teaching, discipleship, and mentorship.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred, but Ministerial Training a must.
– Previous experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families effectively.

What You’ll Do
As a Financial Director, you’ll be instrumental in managing daily accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and creating innovative solutions for data integration and analysis. You will play a key role in shaping the church’s financial health and supporting ministry initiatives through smart, faith-filled stewardship.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Performing daily accounting operations and managing data entry
- Processing and recording various contributions
- Assisting with budget creation and consolidation of financial data

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s or JD a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business affairs, operations, or contract management, preferably in a non-profit, ministry, or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk mitigation practices.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation, vendor relations, and project execution.

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor & Senior Assistant Minister is responsible for delivering high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to the Executive Office. This position is critical in managing communications, scheduling, event planning, and confidential information while serving as the first point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with the vision and values of Linked UP Church.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a ministry or nonprofit setting
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
