Meet The Team
Raina Deisch
Role: Director Empowered Ministries
Educational Background: B.S. Child Development/ minor Human Services, M.S. Leadership and Management/ concentration in Organizational Development
Ministry Focus: We provide spiritual support and inclusion for individuals with disabilities and their families while seeking to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and loved, regardless of their abilities. Our mission is to remove barriers to faith, help individuals feel like they belong, and foster a sense of community by empowering them with the word of God.
In the Children’s and PLUG Ministry, we offer the buddy system through kindness, patience, and curiosity. We break down the word of God in a developmentally appropriate way so that the child can learn and grow in their relationship with God and others, as we meet them where they are.
Personal Bio: I enjoy building my faith, being in nature, exercising, creating fun memories with my loved ones and horseback riding. I am devoted to my mission in life to support women, children and families on living a fulfilled and successful life with Christ.
