Ministry Focus: Provides leadership and vision for the Dream Team by cultivating a culture of servant leadership, excellence, and spiritual growth. Passionate about equipping volunteers to discover their gifts and serve with confidence, they oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Dream Team members across all ministry areas. Through mentoring, leadership development, and ongoing encouragement, they invest in building strong ministry leaders while creating an environment where every volunteer is valued, empowered, and equipped to make a lasting impact.
Personal Bio: Married to Nancy Dabney for 32 years. A proud father of one adult daughter. Personal passions include developing a deeper and more intimate relationship with Holy Spirit; spending quality time with family; training Labradoodle dog; cultivating large house plants; pursuing Doctor of Technology degree from Purdue University
