Assistant Worship Leader
Assistant Worship Leader
- Lead worship for services as scheduled by the Worship Pastor.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of music.
- Train and coordinate Linked UP’s Worship vocal/band teams.
- Help the Worship Pastor with department planning and project implementation.
- Contact potential Dream Team members and assist them in becoming part of Linked UP’s Worship.
- Care for Linked UP’s Worship Dream Team, especially its female members.
- Participate in and help accomplish major Linked Up Worship projects and department goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of worship leading in a local church
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online and other people management software.
- Proficiency in voice and piano or guitar.
- Ability to create, coordinate, and lead a worship experience with a team.
- Assist in the training and development of Linked UP’s Worship vocals.

Youth Minister
Youth Minister
Are you passionate about guiding and inspiring young minds in their faith journey? Linked UP Church, located in a welcoming suburb of Atlanta, GA, is seeking a dedicated Youth Minister to lead and nurture our youth ministry.
Position Overview:
As our Youth Minister, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic youth ministry program. You will work closely with our youth and their families, fostering spiritual growth, organizing engaging activities, and guiding Christian teachings. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the faith journey of our young members and empowering them to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging youth programs, including weekly gatherings, retreats, and special events.
– Build meaningful relationships with youth and their families, providing spiritual guidance and support.
– Equip and empower youth to grow in their relationship with Christ through teaching, discipleship, and mentorship.
– Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to create a unified vision for youth ministry that aligns with the overall mission of Linked UP Church.
– Serve as a positive role model and mentor, demonstrating Christ-like behavior and values.
Qualifications:
– Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian values and teachings.
– Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred, but Ministerial Training a must.
– Previous experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families effectively.
– A heart for youth ministry and a passion for helping young people grow spiritually.

Technician to join our Team. This role is essential to ensuring our church remains a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for our members and community.

Key Responsibilities
• Work Orders: Take charge of work tickets, ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are
completed efficiently and on time.
• Event Readiness: Ensure everything is in perfect working order for services,
conferences, and events.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Facilities Manager, Department Leads, and Security team
to keep all aspects of the church running smoothly.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in areas like electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance.
What You Bring
• Experience & Education: 1+ years of building maintenance experience with a high school
diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and construction is
preferred. Ability to use basic computer programs to manage work orders and
documentation.
• Physical Readiness: Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50+ pounds, and
willing to work under physically demanding conditions.
• Mindset & Attitude: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to maintain a positive
outlook even under pressure.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiar with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulatory
requirements.
• Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a comprehensive
background and drug screening.
