The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. The mission of the Dream Team is to build the body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.

Opportunities to serve

A - Team (Administration)

This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve alongside Dream Team leaders to seamlessly transition new Dream Team members into serving, as well as provide voluntary admin support to the ministry.

This team assist our Pastors and ministerial staff in supporting the members of Linked UP Church through phone calls, hospital visits, and home visits.

This team serves at our Linked UP Church Hot Spot/Bookstore, selling Linked UP merchandise and assisting with various church campaigns. They also assist as an information center for the church.

Requirements: Background Check

Our team ministers through dance, mime and flags during praise and worship, special services, church productions, and special events. This team meets weekly for rehearsals.

Requirements: Audition, Age: 18+

Our team brings their creativity to minister during special services and productions. This team consist of Screenwriters, Actors, Directors, Acting Coaches, Make Up Artists, Hairstylists, and Wardrobe Stylists.

This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer and encouragement during services and special events.

This team facilitates our Next Steps Membership Class, helping new and prospective members learn about our organization’s mission, values, and opportunities for involvement.

National conferences, Linked UP conferences, and Church-wide events are creatively planned and hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.

This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church. Serving opportunities include baptism, conferences, and special events.

This energetic team connects with guests by offering a warm welcome, answering questions, escorting guests, and assisting with the First Time Visitors Reception. They are positioned on the outside entrance and throughout the hallways of the church.

This team creates an environment where special needs children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Providing tailored support for your child to flourish in their faith journey. Join us as we empower every child to thrive spiritually. Serves ages 3 Months – 12th grade

This team creates opportunities for women to connect, grow, and support one another.

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more. Serves ages 5 – 5th grade

Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.

Requirements: Audition and/or Vocal Assessment

This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. Serves ages 4 months – 4 years old

Requirements: Background Check

This team facilitates the Linked UP experience at our portable campuses by setting up before service and taking down after service.

This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at Linked UP.

This team educated and ministers to individuals who respond to the altar call invitations of Salvation, Rededication, Membership, Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Prayer using biblical passages. This team also explains the Next Steps for membership.

This group for young adults provides a space for those aged 18-29 to connect, participate in activities, and build community. Members meet regularly to socialize, volunteer, and engage in various programs designed specifically for this age group.

This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of Linked UP! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!

The Print Team handles the production of our printed materials. They print, assemble, and sort materials based on requests from other departments. This team ensures all print jobs are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Whether it’s a weekend service, mid-week bible study, small gathering, workshop, or large-scale conference, chances are there will be some level of visual aid or capturing to support the productions for ministry events at Linked UP.

This team connect with our community and promote various activities and events through social media. This tech savvy team creates awareness for our church and various ministries using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media to connect the community with what’s going on in and around Linked UP Church. Volunteers help with developing creative messaging for posts, tweets and photographs.

This specialized team assists during baptism ceremonies by helping to submerge baptism candidates in the water. They ensure each person’s baptism experience is safe, comfortable, and meaningful while providing physical support during the immersion process.

The Technology Team provides essential support by managing our digital check-in systems for both children’s church and volunteer attendance. Our volunteers ensure these systems run smoothly, allowing families to drop off children safely and helping ministry leaders track volunteer participation. By serving behind the scenes, we help create a welcoming, organized environment for everyone attending our services and events. Join our team to use your tech skills in meaningful service to our church community!

Requirements: Background Check

This team welcomes guests and prepares the tools that allow guests to participate in worship during our services. Connection cards, offering envelopes and message notes are joyfully assembled and recycled each week!

This team coordinates and supports all aspects of baptism services. Members prepare the baptismal area, assist candidates before and during their baptism, provide towels and changing areas, and ensure a meaningful experience for those being baptized. They help create a special atmosphere for this important spiritual celebration.
