Linked UP Church is seeking a gifted, passionate, and visionary Worship Director to lead our worship ministry into its next season of growth and impact. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our worship and audio teams—shaping the sound, stewarding the culture, and developing a thriving team of worship leaders, musicians, and volunteers.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Worship Services: Inspire our congregation through dynamic, Spirit-led worship experiences and creative direction. Curate and direct multifaceted worship services.
- Develop and Disciple: Equip and mentor worship leaders, vocalists, musicians, and volunteers.
- Manage Worship Systems: Oversee scheduling, rehearsals, worship nights, and special projects.
- Direct the Audio Team: Lead and coordinate with staff and volunteers in our audio ministry.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with other ministry leaders to support church-wide initiatives. Write plays and creative content.
- Champion Culture: Foster spiritual health, excellence, and unity within the worship ministry.
- Plan and Execute: Set departmental goals and implement creative strategies for worship growth.
- Stay Ahead: Research innovative worship trends and integrate best practices from thriving ministries.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of worship-leading experience in a church setting
- Ministry certification or Seminary School education
- Strong vocal ability and proficiency in piano or guitar
- Experience leading teams, teaching vocals, and reading music
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Planning Center Online and Microsoft Office

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Clerk to support
Linked UP Church’s financial operations. This individual will manage daily accounting
functions, maintain financial records with excellence, and collaborate with various
departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Process accounts payable and manage billing procedures.
• Accurately record contributions and giving during services.
• Assist with the preparation and completion of the annual financial audit.
• Review invoices, check requests, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Help implement and reinforce financial policies and procedures.
• Support event registration and assist with new employee orientation.
• Able to maintain high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software
systems. Shelby, Amplified, and Fellowship preferred.
• Experience in analyzing financial statements and reports.

head for financial precision. This role is a vital part of our Accounting
Department, helping steward the resources that fuel our vision to connect
people to God, family, purpose, and community.
What You’ll Do
As a Finance Lead, you’ll be instrumental in managing daily accounting
functions, preparing financial reports, and creating innovative solutions for data
integration and analysis. You will play a key role in shaping the church’s financial
health and supporting ministry initiatives through smart, faith-filled stewardship.
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Performing daily accounting operations and managing data entry
• Processing and recording various contributions
• Assisting with budget creation and consolidation of financial data
• Developing financial models and custom reports
• Integrating data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting
• Using SQL to maintain and improve financial database systems
• Supporting the implementation and enhancement of financial policies
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions and
financial reporting in the non-profit sector
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and database applications
• High acumen for learning accounting and management software such as
Shelby, ACS, PCO, etc.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases and designing reports
• Keen problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills
