Location: Linked UP Church – Powder Springs, GA
Status: Part-Time to Full-Time

Are you passionate about worship, creativity, leading, and music for God’s glory? Linked UP Church is seeking a Creative Worship Director to join our Worship Department and help lead our congregation into powerful, Spirit-filled worship experiences.

About the Role
The Creative Worship Director will work alongside the Ministry Team and Band Director to oversee and coordinate impactful creative elements for conferences, special events, and weekly services. This role is key in creating and developing aligned musical selections, creative elements, and worship experiences that inspire and engage our congregation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, management, and implementation of worship department projects and goals.
- Spearhead any original and rearranged worship music, including writing and recording projects.
- Manage publishing, marketing, and administration for worship projects.
- Develop creative ideas for special services, conferences, and events.
- Serve as a worship musician for Linked UP Church services.
- Oversee and manage CCLI licensing.
- Mentor and develop worship leaders and musicians, including The Youth Worship Team
- Lead with auditions and vocal rehearsals for worship team and choir

Position Overview:
As our Youth Minister, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic youth ministry program. You will work closely with our youth and their families, fostering spiritual growth, organizing engaging activities, and guiding Christian teachings. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the faith journey of our young members and empowering them to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging youth programs, including weekly gatherings, retreats, and special events.
– Build meaningful relationships with youth and their families, providing spiritual guidance and support.
– Equip and empower youth to grow in their relationship with Christ through teaching, discipleship, and mentorship.
– Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to create a unified vision for youth ministry that aligns with the overall mission of Linked UP Church.
– Serve as a positive role model and mentor, demonstrating Christ-like behavior and values.
Qualifications:
– Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian values and teachings.
– Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred, but Ministerial Training a must.
– Previous experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families effectively.
– A heart for youth ministry and a passion for helping young people grow spiritually.

Key Responsibilities
• Work Orders: Take charge of work tickets, ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are
completed efficiently and on time.

to keep all aspects of the church running smoothly.

What You Bring
• Experience & Education: 1+ years of building maintenance experience with a high school
diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and construction is
preferred. Ability to use basic computer programs to manage work orders and
documentation.
• Physical Readiness: Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50+ pounds, and
willing to work under physically demanding conditions.
• Mindset & Attitude: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to maintain a positive
outlook even under pressure.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiar with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulatory
requirements.
• Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a comprehensive
