Meet The Team
Nancy L. Dabney
Role: Connections Ministries Director
Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master’s degree in New Media Journalism, Nancy blends strategic leadership with powerful communication. She is a graduate of Word of Faith School of Ministry, a certified facilitator, and a Psychosis REACH Ambassador with the University of Washington. Her diverse background equips her to serve both spiritual and mental health communities with compassion, clarity, and excellence.
Ministry Focus: Nancy serves as the Connections Ministry Director at Linked UP Church, where she leads the Altar Call, Next Steps (Membership), Water Baptism, and Baby Dedication ministries. Her passion is stewarding sacred moments — those life-changing decisions when individuals respond to God and take their next step in faith.
Nancy is deeply committed to helping people grow in their relationship with God. She believes that salvation, baptism, and church membership are not simply events they are the beginning of discipleship. Through intentional systems, personal follow-up, and strong volunteer leadership, she works to ensure every individual feels seen, supported, and spiritually strengthened.
Personal Bio: Nancy is married and the proud mother of one child. She considers it an honor to serve the Body of Christ and to help others take meaningful steps toward spiritual maturity.
