Welcome to Linked UP Church. These Terms of Use apply when you use our websites (http://www.linkedup.com and http://www.linkedupchurch.com), our mobile apps and our Apple TV and Roku apps (together, our “services”). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Our services
Our services share our ministry with you: worship services, sermons, live streams, children’s content, events and ways to connect and give. They’re free to use. We may change, pause or stop any part of them at any time, for example to update content, change service times or fix problems.
2. Our content
Sermons, videos, music, images, logos, text and other content in our services belong to Linked UP Church or to others who let us use them. They’re protected by copyright and other laws.
You may watch, listen to and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, download, rebroadcast, sell or change our content, or use our name or logos, without our written permission. To ask for permission, contact us (section 11).
3. Using our services
Please use our services respectfully and lawfully. Don’t:
– use them in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
– try to get into parts of our systems you aren’t meant to reach, or interfere with how they work;
– send harmful code, spam or automated requests;
– pretend to be someone else, or give false information in a form.
We may limit or block access for anyone who misuses our services.
4. Information you send us
When you send us a form, a prayer request or a message, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy (https://linkedup.com/privacy-policy/).
5. Giving
Gifts made through our services are voluntary contributions to Linked UP Church and are processed by our payment providers. If you believe a gift was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Apps and app stores
Our mobile apps are available from the Apple App Store and Google Play; our TV apps from the Apple App Store and the Roku Channel Store. The terms of those stores and of Apple, Google and Roku also apply when you download and use our apps. Those companies aren’t responsible for our apps or their content.
7. Other services and links
Some features rely on other companies. For example, videos and live streams are delivered by Resi or Youtube. Our services may also link to websites we don’t run. Those services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://linkedup.com/privacy-policy/) explains what information we collect and how we use it, including the anonymous usage information from our TV apps.
9. No warranties; limitation of liability
We work to keep our services available and accurate, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. For example, a live stream may start late or stop because of technical problems.
To the extent the law allows, Linked UP Church isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with its effective date. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
